RETOUR
Wil je een accessoires retourneren? Laat het ons weten binnen 7 kalenderdagen. Stuur een e-mail naar One of a kind She met als onderwerp RETOURNEREN + ORDERNUMMER.
Daarna heb je 14 kalenderdagen om het product terug te verzenden.
Belangrijk om te weten:
- producten moeten onbeschadigd en ongebruik in originele verpakking terug komen
Stap 1
Doe de artikelen in de bijbehorende verpakkingen en stop alles terug in de originele verzend verpakking. Zorg dat de originele kaartjes of stickers van de producten niet zijn verwijderd.
Stap 2
Zorg dat je het retourformulier, die hier onder te downloaden is, hebt ingevuld. Dit voeg je vervolgens bij je retourzending.
Stap 3
Noteer onderstaand retouradres op je retourzending. En schrijf altijd het ordernummer en retour adres op de verpakking!

Breng je retour naar het dichtstbijzijnde postkantoor en laat het verzenden naar One of a kind She.
De kosten voor het verzenden van brievenbuspost zijn vanaf €4,00. De kosten voor het verzenden van een pakket zijn vanaf €6,75. (Altijd met track & tace verzenden)
Zorg dat je de track & trace code van je retour goed bewaart totdat deze is verwerkt! Dat is je bewijs van terugzending.
Het bedrag van je retourpakketje wordt teruggestort op de (bank)rekening. Dit kan tot 14 dagen na ontvangst van de retour duren.
RETOUR
Do you want to return an accessory? Please let us know within 7 calendar days. Send an email to One of a kind She with the subject RETURNS + ORDER NUMBER. You then have 14 calendar days to return the product.
Important to know:
- products must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging.
Step 1
Place the items in the appropriate packaging and put everything back in the original shipping packaging. Make sure that the original tags or stickers from the products have not been removed.
Step 2
Make sure you have completed the return form, which can be downloaded below. You then add this to your return shipment.
Step 3
Please note the return address below on your return shipment. And always write the order number and return address on the packaging!

Take your return to the nearest post office and have it sent to One of a kind She.
The costs for sending letterbox mail start from €4.00. The costs for sending a package start from €6.75. (Always ship with track & trace)
Make sure you keep the track & trace code of your return until it has been processed! That is your proof of return.
The amount of your return package will be refunded to your (bank) account. This can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.
